• 6 oz. Limoncello
• 6 oz. Vodka
• 2 ¼ cups Tomato Juice
• 1 tbsp. Sirachi Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp. Fresh Basil
• 1 tsp. Fresh Pineapple Sage
• 2 tbsp. Sea Salt
• 1 tsp. Wasabi Powder
• Daikon Radish
- Mix Limoncello, vodka, tomato juice and sirachi hot sauce.
- Chiffonade basil and sage and add to mix. Chill for one hour.
- Mix salt and wasabi together, wet rims of glasses and dip into salt wasabi mix.
- Serve in glassware (5 oz portions) and garnish with a stick of Daikon radish.
