Limoncello Bloody Rita

• 6 oz. Limoncello
• 6 oz. Vodka
• 2 ¼ cups Tomato Juice
• 1 tbsp. Sirachi Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp. Fresh Basil
• 1 tsp. Fresh Pineapple Sage
• 2 tbsp. Sea Salt
• 1 tsp. Wasabi Powder
• Daikon Radish
  1. Mix Limoncello, vodka, tomato juice and sirachi hot sauce.
  2. Chiffonade basil and sage and add to mix. Chill for one hour.
  3. Mix salt and wasabi together, wet rims of glasses and dip into salt wasabi mix.
  4. Serve in glassware (5 oz portions) and garnish with a stick of Daikon radish.
