• 4 cups diced peaches
• 2 cups diced strawberries
• ¼ cup orange juice
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Tortilla Chips
- Wash and dice fruit.
- Blend juices and vinegar.
- Pour over fresh fruit and chill for an hour.
- Serves 12
